These Terms of Use define the basic conditions for accessing the PropulsoIQ website, pilot program and evaluation build.
1. Use of the website and evaluation build
PropulsoIQ may provide information, demonstration materials and evaluation software for selected technical users, chief engineers, superintendents and fleet teams.
2. Engineering decision support
PropulsoIQ provides structured technical analysis and diagnostic decision support. It does not replace professional engineering judgement, class requirements, manufacturer instructions, safety procedures or company maintenance policies.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying entered data, reference values, shop test information, vessel conditions and any maintenance actions taken based on analysis results.
4. Pilot and evaluation access
Pilot access may be limited, modified or withdrawn. Evaluation builds may contain incomplete, experimental or changing functionality and should be used only for review and controlled technical evaluation.
5. Intellectual property
The PropulsoIQ name, interface, diagnostic workflow, software logic, documentation and related materials are owned by PropulsoIQ or its respective rights holders. They may not be copied, redistributed or reverse engineered except where expressly permitted.
6. No warranty
The website and any evaluation materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular operational purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PropulsoIQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or operational losses arising from use of the website, demo materials or evaluation software.
